All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use the Shipment service provider DTDC for all Shipments . In case of any Pin codes not catered to by the Service Provider , we would inform the customer and dispatch through India Post . The turn around time for Deliveries as offered by the Service Provider are as below : WITHIN KERALA  : 1 – 2 days SOUTH REGION  :  3 days METROS  CITIES  : 4 – 6 days NORTH SECTORS  : 5 – 7 days NORTH EAST REGION : 8 -10 days Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Postal service problems due to a natural calamity / strike / pandemic situation need to be considered . In such events we would try all possible ways to reach the ordered product but without any agreed commitments .

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for any orders less that INR 500 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  However all Orders valued above INR 500 , the Shipping charges would be FREE .  However the Management reserves the right  to amend this offer . The rates for Shipment for upto 10 Kg weight would be as below : City limits :  INR 36,  Region : INR 40 , South Zone : INR 50 , Metro: INR 55 , Rest Of India A- INR 60 , Rest of India B – INR 70 , Special Destinations ( eg J&K ) : INR 80

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number with which you can track at the DTDC website . Please allow 24  hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@agrihomeo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
